RESPECT!!!!!

   well, i don't know from where to start i just decided to log in and type whatever comes to my mind. cutting to the chase today i felt upset because apart from having to deal with noisy people i had to deal with the WORST person on earth. basically she is so condescending and handle matters with a very stupid answers filled with sarcasm.
    you know my problem is why do you have to make people feel bad while dealing with them?? are you mentally ill or something??. don't be like that,  enough what they already feel. may be they already don't like to work for you but they have to. seriously STOP IT.
  please don't get the wrong idea about me, if i did something wrong i accept what you do as long as you do it with respecting others .. i mean just because you give someone a punishment you don't have to be disrespectful too. believe me it doesn't say anything good about your character and it doesn't mean that others respect you, it simply means they just need the job but they hate your guts and inside their head they just killed you a million times.

    i will never ever wanna be in your place because it is not a good thing to make people feel bad or embarrass them. you wanna successfully run your business do it ... punish .. observe .. do whatever you want to make it  WORK  just with showing RESPECT  even in the darkest times. 

remember FEAR OUT OF RESPECT IS BETTER THAN FEAR OUT OF FEAR.
